loopline - bitc should run on the ffv1, not the v210 #161

^^ if deleting v210s after transcode, bitc can't run. Instead, bitc should run on the ffv1 export.

While this is still valid to a degree, bitc runs first now, so in terms of the original issue, this is no longer relevant.
