The dryrun report will only tell you what object entry records match up with what corresponding SIP folder. While it will tell you which descriptive metadata ID will be used, the script does not search through the actual CSV to ensure that these records actually exist. Current behaviour is that the script would just exit with an error when the script gets to that SIP.
Ways forward:
Just don't include the SIP in the list of things to be processed
Also post an error to alert a user that THIS OE IS OK EXCEPT IT DOES NOT HAVE A METADATA RECORD
