All of the data above (Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Lactate, pCO2, Bicarbonate, Base excess, Phosphate, pH, pO2) are in blood gas data. However, chloride, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate could be also in labdata. If data are in both gas and lab at the same time (measured at the same time), then we can lab data.
Could you please classify the variables below in two groups: blood gas and labdata? Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Lactate, pCO2, Bicarbonate, Base excess, Phosphate, pH, pO2, SID (=Sodium minus chloride: for this calculation, these ions need to be measured at the same time)
