This pull request is to resolve #549 End Lasio support for Python 3.5 and 3.6.
Notes:
It removes any stated support for 3.5 and 3.6 and moves them in to the list of Python versions that may work but are not actively tested with current versions of Lasio.
The README.md is not updated because maybe it should continue to represent release Version 0.30 (12 May 2022) until there is a new release.
Tests pass with the same stats as main branch.
Docs successfully build.
