Deprecation of 'scale' keyword in favor of 'error' and 'iweight' (importance weight) keywords. All example notebooks and scripts modified so that they now use the 'error' and 'iweight'.
A number of diagnostic functions have also been added to lompe/model/visualization.py. These are resolutionplot, locerrorplot, PSFplot, Cmplot, and Cdplot.
