Description missing from format.js #163

Describe the bug The description field and its contents are missing from format.js and from the micro version. This results in no description for Chapbook on the story formats page in Twine.

To Reproduce See, for example, the story formats page at the twinery: https://twinery.org/2/#/story-formats

Expected behavior Last time I saw it, the description said "A Twine story format emphasizing ease of authoring, multimedia, and playability on many different types of devices."

Stories and screenshots Story file n/a, but here's a screenshot:

Environment n/a. I'm looking at the raw format.js.

Additional context Issue #18 is related in that it could be fixed at the same time.

Yeah :( I might hand patch it in Twine itself, but the real fix will probably be in the next version, 2.0.

This is fixed in 2.0.0.
