godot 2.1.7 is released for API 29. please consider creating admob Template for this Version

OS target (Android/iOS): Android API 29 , new secuirty requirement which is Mandatory

Godot version: 2.1.7

Issue description:

Please consider building Template for Admob for Godot 2.1.7 version as it supports API 29

Hello, the version for 2.1 is deprecated, we ask you to use version 3.0 at least

if that is not possible, try to compile through this branch: https://github.com/kloder-games/godot-admob/tree/2.1.X if there is an error please show here that we will try to help you

currently I can't compile on my own for 2.1, sorry
