Create api that gives info about hours billed and consultants per customer without workorders as this is needed for the hours billed graph in folk-webapp. Haven't gotten to test it locally as cryptic error at deploy at my mac that I can't find out what is wrong with, but I'm sure it won't mess with any other stuff.
