Fix a warning about a deprecated tf2 header. #39

This only applies to Rolling, so we'll need a new Galactic release before applying this.

This fix does not apply to Galactic, only to Rolling. Therefore, before putting this in I'm going to make a new release/1.2.x branch for Galactic.

Galactic has already gone out of support. Foxy is going out-of-support in a month, and I don't think we will release this into Foxy before that. All of the other distributions need this fix to build without warnings. So I'm going to merge this one in, we can always go back and branch off from earlier if we really want to release on Foxy.
