network configuration dialog #14

At the moment the installscript waffles on about eth0 being set to the lan,
and the uplinks have default settings that will probably need adjusting in
a non-newbie-friendly way.

A dialog with an ascii encluing picture or something similar would be a
much better way to configure this.

Please do that.

Whiptail dialog with encluing image in place. Slight rearchitecting of how 
networking
is under way. Should end up with a cleaner, robuster install and a cleaner lay 
out.
