Current Behavior

'Effort' column displayed even when it's unchecked in the 'Manage columns' modal

Expected Behavior

'Effort' column shouldn't be displayed even when it's unchecked in the 'Manage columns' modal

How Reproducible

Always (Default)

Steps To Reproduce

1) Uncheck the 'Effort' column in the 'Manage columns' modal Effort_column
