[BUG] Aplication name filter returns too many results #1974

Current Behavior

When filtering by application name a closed list of names is used (multipe select filter). After selecting a name the expectation is that only this application will be visible. However all apps with similar names are shown i.e. image

Expected Behavior

Only selected app is visible.

How Reproducible

Always (Default)

Steps To Reproduce

  1. import the same app few times using names with the same prefix i.e. test, test1, test2,test3, etc
  2. filter using the first app i.e. test
  3. verify that all apps that contain test in their names are visible
