Add nightly runs for the e2e UI tests #1986

We need to enable nightly runs of the e2e UI tests. There may be changes in other components that cause the UI to behave differently, or the e2e tests to fail. Nightly runs can help notice these kinds of errors before they show up in a PR's CI.

The repo README.md file's CI status badges should also be updated to show any new and updated scheduled tests.
