Rename "Syntax Objects" -> "Staged" for consistency with other variants #462

I figure moving forward, we might have variants for a few languages that have good support for staging through slightly different mechanisms with differently named data-structures, so I think renaming Racket (Syntax Object) to Racket (Staged) would be appropriate.
