automate jira creaation using github events using python

• in part 1st - I integrated jira with python script through python apis.
• in part 2nd - i integrated github + pyhton + jira. through flask === where whnever a specific github event trigger(comment on issue)= it will create a jira issue of that commemnt. added a condition whenver comemnt starts with /jira then ony make a new issue
