- changed label arrays to json definitions for easier changes
- fixed issues with boss/enemy ailment bitflags displaying incorrect values when certain actions are performed
- fixed issues where bitflag values were not displayed when starting program
- added vs post-build workflow to copy definitions json file to output directories
