massive rewrite of the entire project over to C# .NET Core with Avalonia.
All existing UI and data is in parity with the old C++ code(there should be no missing parts, and some fixed/upgraded).

notes:

there's some performance issues surrounding item comboboxes.
there's a slight issue with the levelups page where the displayed information at the start is empty(not always, data race?)

While there are some technical issues, this appears to be working as expected.
