Manaegg spell required levels #57

Describe the bug Manaegg Spell Required level should allow values above 5.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Manaeggs page
  2. Modify a spell's required level to attempt to go above 5
  3. Notice that the level cannot go above 5

Expected behavior Required level should be allowed to go above 5
