[D.Va] Sandvich doesn't clear burn #4

Removed the ability for the Sandvich to clear burn when used because there is currently a bug in Overwatch Workshop where any [clear status] will clear every status including stunned, which is used to lock the player's movement while the ability is being used.

Can't fix until the workshop bug is fixed on Blizzard's end.
