Add color overlay toggle for dashboard cards #29

I tried adding the code to the newest version off the repo but it stopped working. Maybe you see why? I also changed the popup.html so that the sliders so left is off and right is on, and made it more readable.

I think it's working now. I downloaded your version and there's a little problem though. When enabling and disabling options in the menu, you can only do it once for some reason, and then it stops working. On my version you can enable and disable any amount of times. Do you know why?

I changed a few things and merged it, but still trying to find a fix for the problem I mentioned.
