Improve Loading Indicator for Dark Mode #39

Currently loading indicators used by Canvas is https://du11hjcvx0uqb.cloudfront.net/dist/images/ajax-reload-animated-8255e06a8a.gif . This does not look good in dark mode, I think we should replace it with a better one. this loading indicator doesn't complement the dark mode theme well.

Suggestion: We should consider replacing this loading indicator with a more suitable one that works effectively in dark mode.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen that loader (maybe because it wasn't visible in dark mode) but I'm not sure how I'd change it. Do you know any pages it shows up on?

I found it on a few pages like the "people" page and a few others that load long lists (I forgot which ones)
