As a developer, I would like to compete all beginner level tutorials at http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials such that I can begin developing with ROS.

Acceptance Criteria:

All beginner tutorials completed

To make the ROS catkin workspace, simply use http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/InstallingandConfiguringROSEnvironment. If you are in the activated python virtual environment for this project then everything should work.
