Great! Thanks for sharing this. I'd also like to use the issue-tracker here as the main way of handling discussions associated with this, as the github issue tracker is a bit better to e-mail threads;

On the topic of meta-packages {fusen} aims to create an R-package from RMarkdon file(s). It is a strange concept, and not really useful in practice, but still nice that someone created this.
