bug fixes with kshape grid
installation doc fixes for ubuntu 20.04
fix syntax error in mot corr script examples in docs
fix bug where the Viewer Script Editor would be used to set various parameter variants in a loop by modifying the same params dict. The add_to_batch() functions in motion corr, cnmf, cnmfe, and 3d cnmf viewer modules now copy the params dict if it is passed as an argument.
some basic bokeh based plotting with a datapoint tracer
use bokeh>=v2.2

Everything except re-testing 3D CNMF & Nuset export into the Viewer has been tested quite well. Only major issue is that the kshape grid doesn't shape along with the .ptrn plot, only the chosen iteration is saved. Will fix in future.
