added the fix for the script-editor-not-launching on windows issue to the faq. You came up with another solution I think, but this one worked for me.

I'll figure out a better way to bake in a solution. Maybe if HOME is None prompt the user to select their user dir.

But wait, how does system config work for these people then. Because that also requires the same environment variable
