Issue with batch manager first run (motion correction not starting) #98

Hello,

I'm trying to get my hands on MESmerize by following the video tutorial. I use mesmerize (updated to version 0.7.1) on VM. When trying to launch the caiman motion correction on the Allen dataset, it seems like the batch manager does not seem to start any operation.

These are the system configurations :

Could you please help me getting past this first step?

I'm guessing that the issue is the space in the work dir you've set in the system configuration, use only alphanumeric characters, hyphens and underscores.

Dear Kushal Sorry for the late reply. Your guess was right ! My bad for using spaces in the folder names.... Thank you
