Look into InstantCommons for images #21

Currently image urls for wikipedia are used for entry images. We should look 
into the InstantCommons plugin for wikimedia 
(http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/InstantCommons) instead. We would have to figure 
out how to get the view code to load the images correctly through InstantCommons

Another thing to consider is making separate semantic forms for the images that 
hold metadata about the image, eg. whether it is a photo, a reconstruction, a 
skeleton, etc.
