Description
The kyma deployment needs to patch coreDNS, for which it gets the cluster registry IP. In case of k3d it fetches it from the local docker daemon.
This approach does not work if the k3d cluster is on a different machine. Therefore we need to add a secondary registry IP fetching mechanism fr when docker can't be accessed directly (or replace the current solution with a better one).
Reasons
Allow deploying Kyma on clusters located in different machines.
