-created temporary customization page template (will delete later) -used numeric values (1,2,3) to identify the character's avatar instead of routes -story page can use static data to display avatar, name, health, progress, and background image

I am okay with the front-end changes, however there is a change to one of the back-end files. @danielkimGH @rishabbala - Can one of you please review the change made to the back end file? If that is okay then I think we are good to approve this PR.
