22 implement item basic #25

Btw, 2 more things:

Commits can you include "#" in your future commits?

So instead of: created a screen for items contained in a bill let it be #22 created a screen for items contained in a bill

GitHub links between commits and issues and it's easier to figure out what's happening

PR description Can you include "Closes #" in your PR description in the future? This way merging the PR closes automatically the corresponding issue (see https://github.com/lab-64/split-the-bill-server/pull/79 for reference)
