Run the build.sh script to create a git repository with GNU Emacs
releases from 16.56 to 19.34. Tarballs are preferred, but some
releases are reconstructed from diffs. Timestamps will be copied from
the top entry in src/ChangeLog; this seems to be a good heuristic.
