Add license information to each model #54

We need to make clear the licensing term for each model - see https://discourse.slicer.org/t/new-extension-monai-auto3dseg-raise-the-bar-in-ai-medical-image-segmentation/35680/11?u=lassoan

Probably a "license" string in the models.json file would be the easiest to do.
