Compare output with the beautifier and without it.

How to use it?

It's really simple:

start R in gdb
source the Python script in gdb
start R and tell it to do something
interrupt execution (simply press Ctrl+C)
print backtrace (bt)

R -d gdb
(gdb) source printer.py
(gdb) r -e 'Sys.sleep(1000)'
Ctrl+C
(gdb) bt
