Each Tiddlywiki file can be a couple of MB in size, so will need to think about how to do saving/uploading. Direct upload to S3 will have concerns around authentication (users shouldn't be able to overwrite each other's changes) and processing big uploads in Heroku can cause timeouts.
Don't know of a path forward. Perhaps something with WebDAV could work?
