Pagination logic on formats page is broken #239

Even though more blogs exist, it shows only 4 blogs on the first page.

hello I am a bachelor 3 computer science student in Paris . I would like to contribute to your project by trying to debug the posting of blogs to put multiple blogs instead of 4
