Scroll To Top #247

I want to add scroll to top feature in the website.

@gursparsh Is this necessary? The sidebar is sticky so the user can always access it easily. On mobile, the hamburger menu isn't sticky so perhaps, that is the right fix here.

Not necessary, but as I was looking at the website, I felt its's need.
