[Bug] Inconsistent style of description box #1029

As shown in the image StyleInconsistency

The train description box was changed to a RichTextBox in this commit: https://github.com/leezer3/OpenBVE/commit/adccabbbef22619b2bddcbfc7d441d9fd9d97dc5

I can change the route description box too, although that difference is so minor I'd not noticed it.....

What I want is to make it the same as the route description box, not this...
