Unlikely at present.
We render timetables into a texture, whereas BVETS is doing direct draw of the text onto the screen, which makes it much harder to set click zones.
However, if you've got any links to routes which need the manual jump method, please share. It's no real trouble to add these to the compatability database so that they do it automatically in future.
We can't know them all, so the database approach will always have something missing. Not a big fan of this method honestly.
Alternative way of jumping to station via double-clicking on a station name in a default (generated) timetable (BVE5 method). Useful for routes where fake end change isn't implemented automatically using the Openbve station option.
