An other user reported to me. Fujikyu:Windows11Pro23H2 build22631.4149,OpenBVE1.11.0.5 can't read, show dialog of fatal error. In my case with mono and Wine, an error message appears on the right side before loading and the file cannot be read. But in his case of Windows, a dialog box appears after loading begins.
The version of Windows used by the first person to report this was Windows 11 Home 23H2 (OS build 22631.4169). He also reported that after loading, a dialog box appeared and the app crashed.
Hmm...
I think it's related to some routes using an empty part of a beacon. I'm not sure why this has tripped up now, I'm sure I tested Tozai, but might have fiddled with some stuff when getting AI sounds working :/
See if the current build is any better.
Thank you for confirming! I think the biggest problem with this issue is that it stopped working in the same way even in the test version before it was first merged into the mainline. And while I'm not sure about Mac, it stopped working on all platforms at the same time: Windows, mono, and wine. Based on these facts, I thought it must be something other than OpenBVE, like the previous mesa. However, I don't know what would cause it to go wrong on both Windows and Linux at the same time, so I'm sorry that my report is so vague.
Fujikyu and Gakunan are still not available on my mono.
That's odd. Both definitely now work on Windows (at least with the versions I've got here)
I'll see what I can do about testing on Mono.
Hmm..
Both are definitely working on Debian too.
I don't recognise the file you've selected in your first screenshot though. That doesn't seem to be in either of my Fujiuku / Gakunan copies. Can you link me to this one? I suspect there are several versions floating about.....
A player reported this. Keisei - Toei Subway - Keihin Kyuko Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 Build 19044.1566 OpenBVE is 11.0.0 and 11.0.6 I don't really know which ones work and which don't. He also can run Fujikyu

He retired after v1.0003 many years ago and hasn't released a new version since. I found direct link of googledrive of 1.0003 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9zMgmEwIzoAY21fel9pNDBUc2M/view?resourcekey=0-67pmotsRNl3g6ZxWyLDbvQ
OK, that's definitely the same version of Fuji I've got here. The file you've got selected in your first screenshot isn't in there.
If I'm reading it correctly, then you've got selected:
√5 富士急行普通17列車 .txt
Closest file in Fuji-Q V1.0003.zip is:
√5 富士急行普通13列車 .txt
This would seem to be a Fujiku railway file, but not one in that ZIP. An older copy possibly?
Thinking that maybe what you said was true, I re-download and extracted and loaded the Fuji-Q V1.0003.zip file, which I introduced separately.
√5 富士急行普通13列車 .txt
When I loaded this, a message appeared in Japanese saying that the station was not defined.
That error message is generated by OpenBVE, and is 'normal' in that it's just unable to find any stations in the routefile.
As far as I can tell on Debian. it's working for me :(
No immediate answers I'm afraid. You might try under WINE and see if it's working there. Not sure that'll tell us anything particularly useful, but if it's broken there, it might be something to do with filesystem permissions possibly.
When I ran it with wine-9.19 (Staging), it was finally displayed. I think I'm finally able to isolate the cause of the problem. For some reason, Ubuntu 24.04 does not have a Stable version.
However, the test versions before they were merged can no longer be loaded by wine, so it may no longer be possible to verify them using past builds.
I received a report from a player who was unable to use 1.11.0.6 that it now works, so I'm posting it here. Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.4317 I think other rails are not displayed properly. I remember 1.11.0.0 being more smoother, but it is no longer load, so please forgive me for not having screenshots.
Thanks, I've fixed that one.
I've also made some internal changes to BVE5_Parsing and eliminated a bunch of duplicate loops and stuff. Loading speed on BVE5 content should be considerably increased with the build from today, although it's still somewhat too slow for my liking.
Description
I tried to identify the cause, but the phenomenon is too abstract, and I can no longer do things that I used to be able to do, and errors occur on all OSes except Mac, which cannot be verified, so I'm confused.
Tested versions: 1.11.0.5, 1.11.0.4, 1.11.0.0 and 2024-06-05's build(1.7.1675.1011) Fujikyu When you select a line, the details on the right side say 'Index was outside the bounds of the array.' And it is unreadable.
Tozai Line Tokyo Metro Tozai Line 東京メトロ東西線(TokyoMetroTozai_Line)-2004_B0969S_各駅停車中野行.txt It starts to load, but then a dialog box pops up saying that a fatal error has occurred and it crashes.
There are various types of errors, and the details on the right side say 1.The selected line data may be corrupted. WithTrack section not found. 2.The BVE5 route map file: /home/user/デスクトップ/Scenarios へのリンク/mackoy-Keisei/map.txt was not found 3.Object reference not set to an instance of an object
What's even more unclear is that there were reports that it could no longer be read on Windows, so I tested it, but it didn't work on both wine and mono.
When I started the Tozai Line from the terminal and loaded it, the following message was displayed in large numbers. line 8921:34 The input string ');' is missing the map syntax token ','(File path:/home/user/デスクトップ/Scenarios へのリンク/東京メトロ東西線(TokyoMetroTozai_Line)/2004_0969S_local_Map.txt)
