Requests more sections to be added to motor sound #349

Hello. I'd like to request more sections for the motor sound. Especially with the VVVF motor, more sections are available to make the motor sound simpler and more realistic.

Also, as a request, I would like to be able to play the motor sound in the TrainEditor.

It can be awkward using a translator.Please excuse me.

We're now halfway there :) https://github.com/leezer3/OpenBVE/pull/357 This has been merged, and adds playback in the motor sound editor.
