@sqmunson wants proshop to be able to copy experiences to other orgs. This will be accomplished through fetching an experience and then POSTing it back to the content service with a different org and user, but currently the POST endpoint overrides these properties on the new experience with the requester's user and org. Only Cinema6 admins should be able to set the user and org properties to values other than their own.
