Removing beeswax #985

4786 lines of code --- deleted.

A consequence here is that beeswax advertisers will no longer be created when someone signs up. The initShowcase.. method in watchman should create an advertiser when they start their first campaign. Selfie is currently on hiatus, so if we get any new users there they'd have to be set up manually, as would selfie placements.

@minznerjosh, @ScottBouloutian - While I believe this shouldn't break watcman action handlers per se, it may cause issues with some of watchman's e2e tests, so we'll probably need to do some work there, before this goes out.
