leiweibau / Pi.Alert

Scan the devices connected to your WIFI / LAN and alert you the connection of unknown devices. It also warns if a "always connected" device disconnects. In addition, it is possible to check web services for availability. For this purpose HTTP status codes and the response time of the service are evaluated.

[BUG] Error Updating Pi.Alert (LXC) #283

Closed sstiju closed 3 months ago

sstiju commented 3 months ago

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

During the update process using the command “bash -c “$(wget -qLO - https://github.com/leiweibau/Pi.Alert/raw/main/install/pialert_update.sh)””, I receive the following error message: “Pi.Alert directory doesn’t exist: /root/pialert”. PiAlert is running in an LXC container on Proxmox. The installation directory for PiAlert is /etc/.

Environment

Debian 12.2 LXC Proxmox 8.1

Anything else?

No response
