going to a symbol sometimes shows it at the bottom of the window #15

When I click on a symbol to go to it, there's no consistency in where it'll be in the window. Sometimes it's at the top, but sometimes it's right at the bottom which isn't very good.

It would be good if it could be centred in the window, or maybe in the top 1/3.
