I recently encountered the same issue and tried restarting my computer, updating my Mac's system, changing browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari), and resetting the cache, but none of these steps helped.

However, during my attempts to resolve the issue, I noticed that OpenAI seems to be using the services of the website cdn.oaistatic.com, as mentioned by @zhangxiaoguo520.

So, I updated my proxy list as a part of my configuration using the Surge tool:

I encountered a new issue that I was unable to upload documents to GPT-4 or view images generated by DALLE·3. I discovered that this issue was due to oaiusercontent.com being omitted in my original configuration.
