Not working at ALL #23

I get this message every time I try to open the EXE file. image If I press continue, I get this message. image I don't know if I installed it in the wrong spot, got a bad version, don't have dependencies, or what. I have BTD6 mod helper and Melon Loader, but they are in the BTD6 file, (obviously). I've been going at this for like half an hour and don't know what's happening. If you have a fix or a guide, please just post the whole thing. I don't want to make a huge email chain of notifications.

I might be missing an obvious guide but I cant find any anywhere.
