Concatenate branches when viewing list in `gumption hop` #13

I have a copious amount of local branches which overflow the terminal view, should we concatenate/shorten the view when arrowing through the list? Maybe showing the top 10 latest branches and then if they arrow down it keeps showing more and hiding previous ones?
