Bot tells introduces, shares it's purpose. You can send it a full name of someone you want to refer after he asks for it.

After telling what it can do, Bot will ask you for the full name of the person you would like to refer.

These are the minimal required commands we think that you should be able to give the ref bot. Do you see any other commands?

[ ] When entering the channel the bot will greet you and explain which commands you can give it
- [ ] List open vacancies
- [ ] Refer person -> Refbot confirms full name and lists open vacancies by index
- [ ] User chooses which to refer this person to. After this starts the conversation about the new referral.

Ramon, you are now trying to integrate multiple user stories (issues 2 to 5), is confusing

After user types /refbot hello the bot will welcome the user by name and tells the user to type /refbot help for a list of commands and what the bot is capable of doing. When the bot displays the list of all commands, the user will see the command required for adding a referral. The user is able to add a referral to the bot.
