Restructure, make arguments more accessible and consistent, add LexStat align_pairs, run commands and make Makefile, capture cross-validation results.

A whole raft full of changes due to restructure and creation of new stores and summary output as product of making runs for construction of makefile.

File: output/10-fold-CVs-May31-2020-SABor.rtf reports the CV results.

@LinguList ... thanks. I was scared for a moment! I had just removed the .DS_Store and was going to merge, when the pull request disappeared! Mystery solved though as you had just done the merge.
