Provide support for non-verbose test runner(s) #89

Issue #86 is focused on building a verbose test runner for lfetool.

However, many devs are going to prefer a minimal version of that -- we can easily include as a dep Sean Cribb's eunit formatter.

This will require being able to configure a test runner -- either using rebar.config or lfe.config. That work is slated to be done in ticket #88.

Started in eb2fe40 with the inclusion of eunit_formatter as a dep.
